What to Expect

Clarity before complexity.

Know what you own, why you own it and what deserves attention.

The day something lands

If you got an offer tomorrow to buy your business, who would you call first?

Today, that decision falls on you. And usually you’re under pressure, making it without seeing what else it impacts.

With Us

You call your accountant who tells you the tax angle. You call your lawyer who covers the structure. Meanwhile, what each says changes how your business sale looks, what each decision costs and which assets deserve attention first.

See the whole picture

View your investments, business, tax needs, estate plan, insurance, family situation and existing advisors all together.

When these connections become clear, your priorities get easier to see.

Advice that connects

A change in one part of your wealth usually affects other parts too.

Your accountant stays your accountant. Your lawyer stays your lawyer. However, the right questions get to the right people. As a result, your entire strategy stays connected.

A point of view

We’ll tell you what we think.

Sometimes you should act. Other times you should wait, simplify, or do nothing. Every recommendation we make has a clear reason.

A strategythat changeswith you

Your life changes. Your business changes. Your family and priorities change. Therefore, your strategy should change too.

Reasonable questions.

Today, that question is yours to answer, usually under pressure, usually with incomplete information about what else the decision touches.

No. Your accountant handles tax compliance and your lawyer manages legal structure. We don't do either. Instead, we coordinate between them. When a business decision affects your tax outcome, we make sure your accountant sees it. When that same decision has estate implications, your lawyer gets the full picture. We ask the questions that help them do their jobs better.

No. They stay in their roles, with more context than they had before. We identify the questions, model the financial consequences, and bring the specialist in with a clear brief. It also makes their job easier, because they stop working from a phone call and start working from a brief.

Yes. You'll have continuity with someone who understands your entire situation. They'll be the person who reaches out when circumstances change, who coordinates with your other advisors, and who keeps the strategy current. If you need specialized input on a specific issue, you'll get it but you always have a single point of contact who holds the whole picture.

We charge an annual fee based on the assets we manage and the complexity of your situation. The fee covers ongoing planning, monitoring, coordination with your advisors, and regular strategy reviews. There are no commissions, no transaction fees, and no hidden costs. We'll discuss the specifics during our first conversation so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Not at all. Many successful people haven't had a coordinated financial strategy—they've been too busy building their business or managing their wealth as it grew. The good news is that starting now, you see the whole picture and can make intentional decisions moving forward. We'll help you understand what you have, what it's supposed to do, and what needs to happen next. Starting without a plan is better than continuing without one.
